Panorama run Szentendre guide
Dear fellow runners!
Our last competition of the year, our only downtown event, will start soon, in the wonderful old town of Szentendre. As always, we recommend and request that those who can come not by car, but by HÉV, which is only a few hundred meters from the competition center. Those who arrive for the first two starts have a good chance of finding a place in the three parking lots shown on the map, we ask the others to park only in regular places!
Starting number collection: For this, Sunday morning from 7:30II. Ferenc Rákóczi Elementary School and High School(2000 Szentendre, Rákóczi F. u. 6. On-site registration will not be possible, pre-registration will be closed on November 5 at the latest, or when all races are full.
Dressing/shower/wardrobe/wc: After receiving your start number, you can get dressed at school and then shower after the race. In the gymwardrobe will work. We ask that you drop off your things in a bag/sack/etc., not 1 T-shirt/jacket each. , which you can use even while running if necessary.
Start-finish area: The competition center is below theOn the Danubewill be, 300 meters from the school (GPS latitude 47.668754 longitude 19.078038), and every race starts right next to the finish gate/finish area. Before you run into the finish line, turn right onto Lázár cár tér and from here do 2 or 4 laps, everything will be clearly marked, and helpers will guide you.
Timing:For the correct measurement, it is important to put the race number on the front, clearly visible on the T-shirt (not on the side of the pants). On the live.sportido.hu website, you can view your results immediately after reaching the finish line, as well as check your race numbers even before the start.
5 km 9:00 a.m.:Firstkcome full circlemust be run, as can be seen on the map with the pink line. After you have run the second lap, you have to do another 1 km, at the end of which you will not run into the old town, but straight to the finish line. You have to count the two laps, we check the completed laps with chip measurement.

The start numbers are distributed per race and in alphabetical order, so the number shows who belongs to which race. We ask that everyone only start in the race they signed up for!
The course is easy to run, there is only a 16 m elevation gain per lap, but it also has 200 m of cobblestones, a few narrow sections and turns. For this reason, for the safety of the runners, you cannot start with a stroller or a dog.
