Policy:

Entry:
Anyone can enter the competitionhis state of health and fitness corresponds to the load of the competition and accepts and abides by the competition regulations. By registering online, each entrant accepts the contents of the notice of competition, the cooperation of the organizer and abides by the rules of the competition.  By registering for the competition, the competitor unconditionally accepts the rules and ethics of the competition. Registration can only be done via the panoramafutas.hu website. It is not possible to register at the event location.
When entering the competition, by accepting the application conditions of the competition announcement, the entrant accepts that the organizer will send a newsletter about the competition to the e-mail address provided during the application.
The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of participants due to the characteristics of the route (bottleneck) and safety reasons, or closes the entry before the specified deadline.

Start number:
On the day of the race, the starting number can only be collected by presenting a photo ID. Everyone can only take their own starting number, exchanging and transferring the starting number to another competitor is prohibited. For the competitorsit is mandatory to wear outerwear and place the start number on the front in a visible way.Anyone who folds, covers or wears their number in a way that is not clearly visible during the race may receive a time penalty. A competitor who, despite the warning, continues to violate the rules regarding wearing the start number may be disqualified.You can enter the start and finish area, as well as the areas of the refreshment stations, only with a start number. On top of that, the cross-country race also requires wearing a wristband to enter the castle grounds!


Mandatory equipment, exclusions:
In our cross-country competitions, the minimum required for participants half a liter of liquid and a working, charged, switched-on mobile phoneto take with you. 
Roller skating, cycling,it is forbidden to run with a stroller or dog.   The use of accompanying cars and bicycles during the competition is only permitted for the organizers. The participant acknowledges that in case of violation of these, he/she may be immediately excluded. It is mandatory to observe the keep to the right principle on the race routes. Competitors are not allowed to leave the designated race track.  The competitor acknowledges that road surface defects and unevenness may occur on the race route, due to which he must drive with increased attention on the race course. The organizer cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by road defects. The participant acknowledges that the entry fee does not include insurance. Competitors who do not complete the entire distance, deviate from the designated route, or show unsportsmanlike behavior towards fellow competitors will be excluded from the competition. The participant prepares for the competition with clean equipment, does not use substances on the doping list defined by WADA and is in force, after the competition - if required - gives a sample to the inspectors. 

Remuneration:
According to the announcement of the competition, the awards (only the absolute first 3-3 places, cup, goblet, gift or cash prize) will only be given to the awardees at the announcement of the results. There is no possibility of receiving or mailing afterwards! 

Delivery of wardrobe and equipment:
The organizer assumes no responsibility for bags sent for transport and packages placed in the cloakroom in the event of loss of valuables in the competition area. The organizers of the competition do not undertake preservation of value!
 

Photos, videos, advertising:
The organizer reserves the right to inform about the competition and thetake photos and films of competitors, which hereafter are the property of the director, and he can use them freely for his advertising activities and publications. The people in the photos and films are not entitled to compensation.

At the event locationany commercial and advertising activities only with prior permission,can be carried out in an agreed form and manner.  Drones can only be operated during the event with the written permission of Proathlon Bt.
 

Green race:
We do not use plastic cups or PET bottles at our competitions, and at the end of the event we collect the trash selectively. If you can, please bring your own glass and water bottle, which can be filled at the refreshment stations. Competitors can only dispose of food and drink packaging used during the run in the waste bins placed at the refreshment points. Littering will result in immediate disqualification.

 

Enrollment cancellation:
50% of the entry fee will be refunded in the event thatat the latest1 month before the competition, the competitor cancels his departure by email. After that, we are no longer able to accept cancellations and refund money. It is not possible to refund the entry fee of a competitor who entered but does not start the competition. 

Name change/transfer

Entries can be transferred no later than 2 weeks before the competitionto another competitor, and the distance can also be changed (if the selected distance has not yet expired) The registration fee for this is HUF 1,500
We can rewrite it in the following way:
The original entrant transfers the registration fee to our bank account number together with the identification code, and sends the following information by e-mail to info@panoramafatas.hu:

• original entrant's name, email address and identification code

• details of the person nominating instead (name, year of birth, address, email address, telephone number)
  
   

Event modification, cancellation
If the organizer has to cancel or postpone the competition due to reasons beyond the control of the competition organizers (weather, epidemic), they can proceed as follows:

-more than 1 month before the competition:
In this case, according to the entrant's choice, the organizers will refund 50% of the entry fee or transfer the valid entry to the next date
-Within 1 month:

It is not possible to refund the entry fee or transfer to another competition
- on the weekend of the competition:

Due to reasons beyond the control of the organizers, in justified cases, the organizer may change the route, first aid stations, checkpoints, location of refreshment points, and change the time and place of the start or cancel the race without prior warning. In this case, it is not possible to refund the entry fee or transfer to another competition.

In addition to unavoidable external causes, in addition to the fault of the organizer, the revocation of previously issued official permits is also considered a force majeure situation.

 

Disclaimer:
By sending the entry, the competitor  acknowledges,that you enter the competition at your own risk. The entrant declares that his state of health meets the condition of participation in the competition, which was confirmed by a medical examination prior to the competition, and accepts that the organizers of the competition cannot be obliged to pay compensation for the damage to the health of any competitor or for the damages incurred in connection with the competition._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_

The data sent during registration correspond to reality, the competitor consents to their storage and use at the events.

The organizers reserve the right to make any and all-encompassing changes at any time!

 

Virtual Run:
At Virtualis events, everyone participates at their own risk and completes the distance at their own risk, and is responsible for their own health. The director cannot be held responsible for any accidents or deterioration of health that occurred in connection with the completion of the distance. Since the performance is neither tied to a location nor to a time, it can be performed anywhere and at any time within the specified time interval, participation cannot be canceled or transferred to another person or event, and the registration fee cannot be refunded. If the entrant cannot complete the distance in the specified time due to illness or other reasons, the entrant must notify the organizers by e-mail BEFORE the event and arrange a new date. 
The organizer will mail the prize or medal for the performance a few days after the receipt of the e-mail confirming the performance or the date of the event. In case of force majeure, the mailing can be changed to a later date - e.g. shutdown of factories due to corona virus, extension of delivery time.

The organizer will mail the medal and prize as registered mail, the runner will be responsible for the cost of re-mailing the mail that has not been received.
